REFUND POLICIES

1. RF Global Migration Sdn. Bhd. will not be required to provide a refund in the event the Client changes their mind about the services they have instructed to complete.
2. Engaging RF Global Migration Sdn. Bhd. does not guarantee a successful visa application outcome.
3. RF Global Migration Sdn. Bhd. will refund only the 2nd instalment of the professional fees should the Client’s skills assessment fails and the Client wishes not to attempt another solution.
4. RF Global Migration Sdn. Bhd.is not liable to changes in migration requirements by the State, Territory and Commonwealth Government of Australia; including capping and ceasing.
5. RF Global Migration Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for the outcome of any state and territory sponsorship applications.
6. RF Global Migration Sdn. Bhd. is not liable in the event that the Client fails to meet criterion set forth by:
7. Assessment bodies – where the Client’s qualification is not recognised at an appropriate level, failed integrity checks, recognition reports and English requirements.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

• The Client may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice.
• The Agent may terminate the agreement at any time, provided they provide 7 days written notice to the Client.
• The Agent may terminate the agreement immediately if: The Client fails to provide requested documents within the required timeframe, or requests the Agent to place their visa application process ‘on hold’ for longer than three months, as set out above. In the event of such a termination, the Agent reserves the right to retain all fees paid to the Agent and recover any additional fees and disbursements owing.
• If the agreement is terminated, the Client must pay any fees outstanding for work already performed by the Agent. The Client is not required to pay any fees for work not yet performed by the Agent.
