UK Global Mobility Visa

UK Expansion Worker Visa
(Global Business Mobility)

A moving target is emerging worldwide. We can assist you in negotiating the increasingly complicated governmental procedures and fast evolving immigration laws.
UK Expansion Worker Visa is applicable if your employees need to travel internationally efficiently and legally and for nothing to stand in the way of their productivity. You can establish a branch of an international company that hasn’t yet begun doing business in the UK by traveling to the UK on a UK Expansion Worker visa. You must now hold a senior management position or a specialist position with the foreign company. For your family visa, your children under 18 and spouse may submit an application to move with you or reside in the UK as your “dependents.” If they are approved, their visa will expire on the same day as yours.

Eligibility Criteria

To obtain a UK Expansion Worker visa, you will be required to hold a valid sponsorship certificate from your employer and have been employed with your company outside of the UK. You need to do a job on the list of eligible professions and be paid the minimum entitled salary required for your job.

Senior or Specialist Worker Visa
(Global Business Mobility)

You can go to and stay in the UK on a Senior or Specialist Worker Visa if you need to perform a specific job at your employer’s UK branch. The Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) Long-term Staff visa, which was formerly available, has been replaced by this one.
If you are a citizen of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you may be eligible to apply for the free EU Settlement Scheme if you or a member of your family moved to the UK by December 31, 2020. You can still apply if you have “reasonable grounds” for missing the June 30, 2021 deadline, like an illness or being the victim of domestic abuse, or you have a later deadline, such as joining a family member who was already in the UK by December 31, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria

You must be a current employee of an organisation that the Home Office has approved as a sponsor and have a “certificate of sponsorship” from your employer outlining the job you will do in the UK. Perform work that is listed among the qualifying professions and get at least ÂŁ42,400 annually.
